Shipping Policy: Order Fulfillment & Delivery Guidelines

1. Order Processing

Orders placed through Tradesphere Distribution INC are typically processed within one to three business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Shipment scheduling is determined by the time of successful payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:
An affordable and tracked shipping method. Delivery speed depends on the destination.
Expedited Shipping:
A premium, faster shipping service for time-sensitive orders (additional charges apply).
Please be aware that external factors—including customs processing, weather events, or carrier delays—can impact estimated delivery times.

3. Estimated Delivery

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment.
International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country’s customs procedures.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

4. Shipping Destinations & Limitations
We currently deliver to numerous countries including the U.S., Canada, and E.U. member nations.
For certain high-value or regulated products, a signature may be required at the time of delivery.

5. Key Points to Remember

Address Validation: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping and billing addresses. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays of 7 or more business days for re-routing or reshipment.
Import Fees: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and related fees imposed by their country.
Tracking Details: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link for updates.

6. Delivery Concerns
Please notify us promptly if:
① The tracking status indicates “Delivered” but you have not received the package.
② The shipment arrives with visible damage or signs of tampering.
③ There are no tracking updates for more than five business days.

Investigation and resolution of shipping issues require collaboration with carrier partners and may take 7–14 business days.

7. Policy Amendments

Partially ship orders based on product availability.
